Our Policy

Hersey Custom Shoe would like to thank you for considering our products!  As each order is hand made to specifications specific to ones needs we are unable to offer a refund or exchange of any sort. 

Once an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel such order after this we will consider it a formal order and will enter it into our que and it will be considered valid, and nonrefundable.

At time of delivery, due to the product being made to order per specifications mailed into us we cannot take back nor refund an order for reasons.

Customer has 72 hours to notify us of a defect, in this case we will repair or replace such item after a final inspection of such item has been performed, you will need to mail us your item with a return authorization number that can be obtained by calling us at (978) 345-1313 or emailing us at info@herseycustomshoe.com

New customers measuring their own feet and opting to mail us in their tracings are NON- refundable for any issue other than defective.  Our goal is to get you into fitting shoes but customers need to realize this is a trial and error process.
